Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This campaign is organized by Segway Navimow (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Applicable Regions and Versions

These Rules apply to the following regions:

· EU/EEA: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, etc.
(The actual coverage will be subject to the list announced on the official campaign page.)
Notes on the issuance and use of gift cards are provided in Appendix A.

3. Campaign Period

· Submission Period: October 23, 2025 – December 15, 2025

· Draw Announcement: Within 7 working days after the submission period ends.

· The Organizer reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the campaign early in the event of force majeure.

4. Eligibility

· Participants must be at least 18 years old.

· Only open to individuals residing in Europe with a valid shipping address within the EU/EEA.

· Employees of the Organizer and its partners are not eligible to participate.

· This campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Participation Procedure

Step-by-step process:

1. Upload a garden-related photo (lawn, yard, or landscape) via the H5 campaign page.

2. A postcard poster will be generated automatically (AI technology is used solely for content compliance checks — it does not involve automated decision-making or profiling).

3. Participants may voluntarily enter the prize draw and optionally share their generated postcards (sharing is not required to qualify):

· Comment under the official campaign post in the Facebook community and upload the generated postcard; or

· Post in the official Facebook group using the campaign hashtag #NavimowLandmarks

4. All valid submissions will enter the prize draw pool and be randomly selected according to the prize tiers.

Submission Count Rules:

· Participants may upload multiple postcards, but each person will only receive one entry into the prize draw.

· Sharing the same postcard across multiple official groups counts as one valid submission only and does not increase draw entries.

6. Content Requirements

· Photos must be related to the participant’s own garden/yard. Submissions may not contain identifiable faces, license plates, other people’s homes or objects, private information, or any illegal content.

· Participants must hold the legal rights to their submissions. They shall bear any liability arising from infringements or violations caused by their content.

· The generated postcard template and all Navimow logos or design elements remain the property of the Organizer. The AI review and generation process constitutes technical image processing only and does not create an independent work.

· The Organizer reserves the right to reject, block, or delete non-compliant submissions and cancel related participation.

· Submissions are technically reviewed by third-party services. If non-compliant content is detected, the upload will fail, and the image will not be stored. Participants may file an appeal through the customer service channel.

· Immediate deletion: Temporary processing data (e.g., cache files, thumbnails, hash values, log records) generated during AI review and postcard creation will be automatically deleted upon completion and will not enter long-term storage.

· Authorization & Use: By participating, the user grants the Organizer the right to use the submitted content for the purposes of campaign display, voting, dissemination, and review during the campaign period. The Organizer may also use the content worldwide, free of charge, during and for a reasonable period after the campaign, for promotional, selection, and branding purposes.

· Participants may request deletion of their submission or withdrawal from the campaign at any time. The Organizer will process the request within a reasonable time.

7. Communities and Prizes

7.1 Participation Channels & Rewards

The prize draw will be conducted using a random algorithm to ensure fairness.
The Organizer may keep a summary record of the draw results (e.g., winner list and draw time) for verification purposes and delete it within a reasonable time after prize delivery.

7.2 Community Member Benefits

· Members who join any of the above group will receive a 7% DTC official website discount code, published in the community (Except Poland Facebook-group):

o For personal use only within the validity period.

o Only applicable to non-discounted products.

o Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

o Cannot be combined with other coupons.

o The discount code is a general promotional benefit and does not affect prize draw eligibility.
Details on scope, validity, and instructions will be announced in the respective community.

7.3 Winner Announcement & Confirmation

· Announcement: Winners will be published in each community’s announcement post within 7 working days after the campaign ends and notified via private message.

· Confirmation: Winners must confirm their information (Amazon site, email/shipping info, etc.) within 14 working days of receiving the notification. Failure to respond will be deemed as forfeiture.

· Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with items of equivalent value if necessary (e.g., due to stock or logistics constraints).

8. Data & Privacy

· Data minimization: We only collect the minimum data necessary to run the campaign (e.g., uploaded photo files, generated postcards, contact details for prize delivery, and basic device/security info for anti-fraud).

· Purposes: Eligibility verification, content moderation, postcard generation, display, winner notification, and prize delivery.

· Storage Location (Azure PaaS): Campaign data is hosted in Microsoft Azure West Europe, using Azure PaaS database and storage services. Azure complies with GDPR and relevant privacy and security standards.

· Control & Third-Party Access: The Organizer is the sole data controller and holds database credentials. No third party can access data except as required by law. Azure acts only as an infrastructure provider and does not use data for its own purposes.

· Security: Industry-standard measures are applied (e.g., transmission and at-rest encryption, least privilege access control, logging of access and modifications).

· Immediate Deletion: Except for minimal information required for prize fulfillment and compliance, uploaded photos and temporary processing data will be automatically deleted after processing and not stored long term.

· Retention: Winner data will be deleted after prize distribution and redemption, and no later than 30 days after the campaign ends. Contact information will be retained only as needed for prize delivery and will be deleted no later than 30 working days afterward. Aggregated, de-identified statistical data may be kept for optimization.

· Voluntary Participation & Withdrawal: Participation is voluntary. Participants may withdraw or request deletion of their submissions at any time.

9. Gift Card Issuance & Use (General Provisions)

· Site Selection (EU): EU winners must choose one Amazon site (Appendix A) when confirming their prize. If no selection is made within the deadline, the default site will be Amazon.de (EUR).

· Issuance Method: Gift card claim codes will be emailed to winners within 30 working days after confirmation. Please check your spam folder.

· Restrictions: Gift cards can only be used on the selected site, cannot be transferred to other sites or accounts, resold, or redeemed for cash.

· Cross-border Orders: Shipping availability, fees, and taxes depend on the selected Amazon site and product page. Costs are borne by the winner.

· Security: Delivery of the claim code constitutes fulfillment. Winners are responsible for keeping codes secure. Lost or misused codes will not be reissued.

· Validity: Subject to each Amazon site’s Gift Card Terms & Conditions (see Appendix).

10. Disclaimer

· The Organizer is not responsible for delayed, lost, or incomplete submissions.

· Any cheating, fraudulent, or non-compliant behavior may result in disqualification.

· The Organizer reserves the right to reasonably modify these rules and announce changes via official channels. In the event of force majeure or other reasonable circumstances, the Organizer may cancel, suspend, or terminate the campaign.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law of these Rules is the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from, out of, or in connection with these Rules shall be settled through friendly consultations between the Parties. In case no resolution can be reached through consultations, the dispute shall be submitted to the Arbitration Institute of the Netherlands (NAI) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with its rules of in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Amsterdam. Both Parties further acknowledge and confirm that the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon all Parties, not subject to any appeal, and shall deal with the question of costs of arbitration and all matters related thereto. The enforcement of the arbitral award shall be conducted by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Appendix A: EU/EEA Gift Card Notes

A1. Site Selection & Denominations

· EU winners may choose one of the following Amazon sites: Amazon.de / Amazon.fr / Amazon.it / Amazon.es / Amazon.nl / Amazon.se / Amazon.pl (additional sites may be announced later).

· Denominations: 1st Prize €1,000; 3rd Prize €500. If a non-EUR site is selected (e.g., SEK/PLN), the amount will be converted using the ECB reference exchange rate on the issue date and matched to the nearest available denomination.

· Selection Deadline: Winners must select a site and confirm their email within 14 working days of receiving notification. Failure to respond defaults to Amazon.de (EUR) or forfeiture as announced.

A2. Validity

· EU/EEA Amazon gift cards are generally valid for 10 years from issuance (subject to each site’s terms).

A3. Usage Restrictions

· Gift cards can only be used on the selected Amazon site and cannot be transferred to another site.

· Non-refundable, non-transferable, non-convertible to other currencies or balances.

· Cross-border orders are subject to the selected site’s policies. Costs are borne by the winner.

A4. Issuance & Assistance

· Claim codes will be sent via email within 30 working days after confirmation.

· If the code fails or the email is incorrect, the winner must contact the Organizer within 7 working days with relevant proof for verification.

· In case of force majeure or compliance exceptions, the Organizer may issue a gift card from another EU site or an equivalent physical prize.

Appendix B: U.S. Gift Card Notes

B1. Site & Denominations

· Amazon.com (USD) gift cards. Denominations equivalent to EU values or as specified.

B2. Validity

· Amazon.com gift cards have no expiry date (subject to official Amazon terms).

B3. Usage Restrictions

· Can only be used on Amazon.com, not transferable to other sites or balances.

· Non-refundable, non-transferable, non-convertible.

· Cross-border shipping subject to Amazon.com policies, costs borne by the winner.

B4. Issuance & Assistance

· Claim codes will be emailed within 30 working days after confirmation.

· If the code fails or the email is incorrect, the winner must contact the Organizer within 7 working days.

· In case of force majeure or compliance issues, equivalent physical prizes may be provided as announced.
